YEAR 2010

Time to close up this year. It was fabulous one!!! We made up 6 champions, one winner title, 4 x Group 1st , one sledcollie, our collie puppies were great in puppy shows, one CC in agility... It has been so great year I don't even remember everything what has happened.

Hopefully we will do at least as good next year than we did this year. We have 2 new peke puppies growing here; Blue Creek's Viva La Valentina and Dane York Mussoliini. I have high hopes for them.

Our collie puppies will come to the show rings in year 2011. Also for them I have very high hopes.

I have one collie litter planned and I am very excited about it. I hope it will work out as planned.

I have also some peke litters planned, time will tell if they will work out.

It is time to THANK YOU for everyone involved of UTOPIAN puppies young and old. We had some great moments this year and I am so greatfull for everybody taking good care of your Utopian puppies. Thank You!!

Christmas Presents

I have never gotten a dog as a Christmas present but this year I was so lucky. Here is Dane York Mussoliini aka Tyson and he is 3 months old. I have a soft spot for black pekes and he is just handsome! Thank you so much breeder/judge Markku Kipinä!!!

And this wasn't all. My daughter Hilla was as lucky as I. She also got a dog as a present!! Whippet Just Nosy Tigress aka Freya has been living with us for a while as an exchange student but now she is all Hilla's. She was just speechless when she got her!! Thank you so much Hanna Seppä!!! You defenetly made Hilla's Christmas! :)

Helsinki Winner and Finland Winner 2010

What A Weekend! Saturday it was Helsinki Winner and Utopian Sven the Viking at Trendylook was BOB, got CC and Cacib. He became a new Finnish Champion and Helsinki Winner. His brother Utopian Simon Le Bon got Excellent also. In bitches we had Utopian Spark of Buddha and she was Best Female-3. There were 18 pekes all together. The judge was Apiwut Kasemsanta from Thailand. Thank you so much!!!

Sunday it was Finnish Winner and we had all together 4 dogs there. In pekes Utopian Sven the Viking at Trendylook was Best Male-2 and got Cacib. Utopian Simon Le Bon got very good. Once again Utopian Spark Of Buddha was Best female-3. There were 15 pekes and the Judge was Harto Stockmari from Finland.

In Groenendaels we had Redion Goguette and he was Best Male and got Cacib and became Finnish Winner-10. There were 31 Groenedaels and the Judge was Paavo Mattila from Finland. Thank you so much.

This weekend was so much fun!! Thank you friends, you are awesome!!

Blue Creek's Viva La Valentina

Here is our newest baby, Blue Creek's Viva La Valentina aka Fanny. She is 3 months now and the daughter of Fi Ch Blue Creek's Mimi's Peppino and Baltic Junior Winner-09 Utopian Silvia the Queen. Thank you so much Kati and Ulla-Maija for letting me have her. She has charmed us all!

Puppy show Helsinki

Another puppy show today. Here is Utopian Wears Prada , handled by our Henri. Wears Prada was 3rd in females aged 7-9 months. All together there were 31 rough collies puppies.

Here is Wears Prada again. She is owned by Sanna Ulmanen. Thank you so much Sanna for taking her to the show today. She also is in beautifull condition!

And here are Utopian WW Vintage Blue and Henri. Vintage Blue was 2nd in 7-9 months females.

What a great Puppy Show weekend. 3 Utopian puppies were entered and they did great among so many puppies!! I am so pleased with their results and so proud of our puppies. Thank you so much Jere, Sari, Timo and Sanna!

Puppy Show

Went to Tampere Puppy Show today with Utopian Wow Bohemian and Utopian WW Vintage Blue and Henri & Hugo. There were 28 rough collie puppies and Wow Bohemian was 2nd in 7-9 months males and Vintage Blue was 3rd in 7-9 months females. The judge was Jaana Hartus, thank you. Our collies were again showed by Henri. No pictures since it was freezing up there. We stayed 5 hours and the show was in big cold hall, it was - 10 degrees Celsius in there. Brrrrrrrr. I am still frozen!!! Tomorrow's puppy show is inside, YES! I only have Vintage Blue tomorrow, will see how it goes....

Jyväskylän Int. Show

Went to Jyväskylän International Show yesterday. I had with me Utopian Sven the Viking at Trendylook and Utopian Summer of Sweden. Somehow the jugde didn't see pekes as I do, Sven was BM-2 and got res-cacib and res-CC. Utopian Summer of Sweden got VG. The judge was Robert Blumel , Austria. Thank you, Sari ,for your company, afterall the day was quite hilarious!!!

Trip to Tartu, Estonia

I went to 2 International Shows in Tartu last weekend with Sari Laaksonen and I had 2 dogs with me, pekingese Stsanja For Sure at Trendylook and groenendael Redion Goguette. This time is was our Goguette who made the trip worthwhile. In both days he was BOB with Cacibs and CCs.The judges were Lena Danker and Elina Haapaniemi for Groenendaels, thank you. Our pekingese was on first day BM-3 and second BM-4. Unfortunately no pictures of the trip since my camera didn't work. Thank you, Sari , for a very nice weekend! :)

New Champion AGAIN !!!!

Fi JW-09 Utopian Simon Le Bon went to Lahti International Show today and became a Champion!! This was his first time in open class as well as his sister's last weekend and both became champions as they were old enough! Congratulations Nina, Simon and family!!! I am so proud of you!!

We had Utopian W-litter's Puppy Day today at Heini Seppä's home. I had great time and it was so nice to see all the W puppies today ( except U. Wisconsin Will who couldn't make it today) Above is our Elmo with U. Waltz for Blue.

Great Show Day

Our collie Utopian WW Vintage Blue went her first show today at Lahti Puppy Show. She did pretty great as she won the collie puppies. Aged 6 months and she won also the bigger puppies aged 7-9 months. I am so proud of her. Great team work ,as Henri is her handler and Heini Seppä is her "personal trainer". Thank you so much guys!!! :) The judge was Johan Juslin, thank you!

YES !!!!! Utopian Spark of Buddha is our first Champion from S-litter !!!! She went to Seinäjoki International Show and was Best Bitch 1, Best of Opposite Sex, Cacib , CC and became a Champion. The judge was Hans Almgren, Sweden. Fabulous Gunilla, you did it!!!! And thank you so much for making her a Champion!!
