Utopian Peony Marquis

 Here is our brand new puppy Voitto. He is 24 hours old in the pictures. He eats well and has gained weight since the minute he was born. :)

Voitto's older brother and sister are taking it easy. They think they are at the beach...under the infrared light it is pretty nice... Leo and Stella are 12 days old now.

Above are the proud parents of our newest litter. For over 3 years we have tried to have pekingese puppies with no luck. Now that we mated 3 bitches in 2 months we got a litter from everyone! :)

Blue Creek's Queen D'Pompon gave birth today to her son Utopian Peony Marquis aka Voitto. She self-whelped as she has done every time. There was just this one puppy. For the last minute I was sure she wasn't pregnant. Good thing I didn't know she was going to give birth to one puppy as I would have C-sectioned her without giving her chance to try to self-whelp. It runs in lines, Fiona's mother and grand-mothers are self-whelpers, and she has passed this to her daughters.

So far the mother and little Voitto are doing good. This was B.C. Queen D'Pompon's 3rd and last litter. She is just an excellent mother. I couldn't be happier of our last three litters! :D

New Pekingese puppies!!

We have new puppies. Last night Utopian Magnolian Moon gave birth to 2 puppies; a boy and a girl. Since yesterday was a president's election day I was thinking of naming the boy Utopian Washington...I guess Niinistö would have been too much... :) The girl is probably Utopian Winter Star. So far the mom and the puppies are doing fine. I am sooo excited of these puppies!! :)

New pictures of Utopian Sven the Viking. Haven't took any pictures of him for a long time , since last summer when he injured his eye. He is in pretty nice shape, you can see the blue dot on his eye but other than that he is looking good. He is getting ready to  hit the rings!
